General Sales Conditions

These General Sales Conditions govern the terms of purchase and use of our natural health coaching services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

We offer personalized health coaching services aimed at supporting individuals in their journey to heal from chronic health concerns. These services are based on holistic and natural healing principles, including but not limited to dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and educational support.

Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase our services. By entering into an agreement with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Services are booked through our website or via email communication.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer/Stripe. 
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.

4. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers)

Under Belgian law and EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.

  • Exceptions: This right does not apply to services already delivered or commenced with your explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at [email protected] using a clear statement. 

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Coaching Programs: If a cancellation is made before the program begins, a partial refund may be granted, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the full price. Once the program has started, refunds are not provided.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during consultations and in any forms requested.
  • You understand that results from coaching depend on your individual circumstances and adherence to the recommendations provided.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Our coaching services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the implementation of recommendations provided. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your health decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or illness.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Leuven.

12. Updates to Terms
